We collect only what is necessary to provide our services. For enterprise deployments, your data never leaves your infrastructure. For our hosted services, we collect account information, usage metrics, and support communications.

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account, and ensure security. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train models. Ever.

We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Our zero-egress architecture means your sensitive data never reaches us in the first place.

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Usage metrics are retained for 90 days. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. For GDPR subjects, you have additional rights including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
